Close proximity to Busch stadium & arch for both museum & tram to top access to tickets to baseball from big Larry. Revolving restaurant, good quality at a fair price.
Most staff v/pleasant but some care for customer lacking in 1 level down eatery. Minimal ice machines & 4 memory no glassware in room had to get from eatery

the arch view is very nice
the parking is expansive and difficult. Also, the internet connection by charge in rooms. finally, them food is not very well.

The best of the hotel was the efficient waiters during our lunches and the view.
The fact that our room had no phone working and no channel changer working. The electrical outlet was not properly put in. Fire Hazzard!!!!

The location was great. We attended a Cardinal's ballgame. We could walk to supper, to the game and back to the hotel with no problems.
The $18 parking fee/

We loved the location and the pool. Very good location for Cardinals games and visiting the Arch.
Didn't like the fact that you had to pay to park, $18 daily.

I loved the continental breakfast and the ease of navigation around the hotel.

Wonderful location. One side (of the tall tower part of the hotel) had a beautiful view of the St. Louis Arch, and the other side had an awesome view of the city including the ball park. We were walking distance from the Arch and minutes away from a casino. First floor atrium just beautiful and the room (on the 25th floor) was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Housecleaning needed to clean the toilet from previous guests. In other words make sure they lower the lid so there is not any pee left from the sprinkle

Location to downtown St. Louis, Miss. River, Arch, Sports Stadiums
Room in older tower was unclean, smelled like smoke. We were transferred to a much better room in newer tower for our second night.

Room in south tower was horrible out dated and bathroom so small that there was hardly room to shave. Make sure you stay in the north tower or forget it spend the extra $20 go to the hilton

The only thing that I liked about the Millennium was that it was close to everything
I really did not like this hotel and all I have are complaints

The view in my north tower room was good (to the south / southwest, view of highways and Busch Stadium). The water was very hot. The bathroom is comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. The outdoor pool was very nice looking, but I did not have time to use it. The fitness center is good, too.
The in-house restaurant (Grill) does not have good food. Very few vegetarian options for someone confined to buffet menu, as well. Buffet area tended to get messy during conference dinners (high volume). Television system was difficult to use. The outlet where the desk lamp was plugged in is dead. The climate control responded slowly to changes.

Hotel is beautifully located, with views to the Arch, walking access to all the tourist sights and a short (if unattractive) walk to Soulard nightlife.
Although it had a good view of the Arch, the room was rather tired and worn and bathroom area pretty basic. Whole place needs a bit of a face-lift.

The room was old, dirty, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, the room smelled bad, the bathroom was disgusting, the furniture was dirty and the comforters had stains on them. For $150 you would think you would get a better room. I felt like the room should have cost $60 and been I horrible part of town. We will never stay there again.
